Psychotherapy

What is Psychotherapy?

I have worked in private practice as a licensed psychologist for over 14 years. Psychotherapy is a highly collaborative process that requires active participation from both of us. I strive to create a warm and interactive environment where you can feel comfortable, understood, challenged, and hopeful.

Psychotherapy has been shown to have many benefits. Psychotherapy often leads to healthier coping skills, significant reductions in feelings of distress, solutions to specific problems, and to more fulfilling relationships with ourselves and others. However, there are no guarantees regarding what you will experience during psychotherapy and any particular outcome of therapy.
